Embodiment
This stage is the process of integration through taking consistent actions that align with what was clarified in phase three, and addressing any resistance that comes up. This is where we go deeper into accessing internal parts that likely have a positive intent for us, but conflicts with deeper values.
We need tools and practices that help us better communicating and navigating with our inner world. Things like internal dialogue and guided journaling practices help to re-contextualise past experiences that cause parts of ourselves to take over. When we start to see that all of ourselves want the same thing and have more access to our core self, the resistance to certain actions starts to fade away.
